My vast organisational experience encompasses private sector, public sector, charities and education and includes roles such as Chief Executive and Chief Operations Officer.
With over 30 years of business experience, it will come as no surprise that I have aquired a great deal of knowledge on how to create a successful and happy organisation.
My pragmatic approach helps my clients to generate exceptional results, every time. However, I come with a health warning! Don't expect me to be one of those lovely fluffy coaches who are off with the fairies! I speak as I find and challenge existing leadership with the aim of getting the best out of the leader, the team and the business.

My approach is holistic. I seek to gain a full understanding of each organisation I work with. I am interested in 'feeling' the culture of the business and do this through conversations with the leadership team, reviewing business plans, current structures and web site enquiry. Depending upon the nature of the business challenges, I also review systems and processes and offer constructive advice and guidance on where improvements can be made cost effectively.
