  • Interim Office Managing Partner and Legal Practice Manager running a major change management programme for a 47 person in-house legal department within a an outer London local authority. Implemented a variety of innovative service delivery enhancements and long term budget savings including the restructure of teams with clear career pathways and new ways of working; incorporated new IT systems and processes; developed and revised key operating policies and procedures; led a 28 post recruitment campaign; introduced a private practice work ethos and organizational structure; improved working relationships and credibility with internal client departments; built the operating budget from a zero base; identified efficiency savings in numerous areas; improved client service delivery and value for money working with internal clients and a housing ALMO.

 

  • Advised a medium sized Accountancy practice on their organizational structure and recruitment strategy.  Profiled all board members and staff within the organization to identify those who require more support to achieve their maximum effectiveness in the workplace.   • Coached a disparate group of 16 trainees in The Home Office Immigration National Directorate (IND) towards their Accredited Foundation Training Programme.
